Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Treatment

For adolescents struggling with a substance abuse issues, it can be difficult for them to recognize the impact that their addiction is having on their lives.  The treatment provided through The Academy Outpatient Drug & Alcohol Treatment Program is designed to address each student’s individual needs by focusing on the unique issues that trigger their substance use. 

At the beginning of treatment, each student receives a comprehensive assessment and evaluation which results in their specific treatment plan, including a combination of both group and individual counseling sessions.  

Our multi-dimensional approach is intentionally designed to meet the needs of each students through a combination of proven treatment modalities including:

  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Chronic Disease Model
  • Experiential Treatment
  • 12-Step Approach
  • Psychoeducational Counseling
  • Co-occurring Treatment

The Academy Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Program is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Drug & Alcohol Program (DDAP) and consistently earns exceptional ratings in their annual audits.  

The program is also accredited by the Commissions on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and has maintained full accreditations since 2008.
